Ben and Sommer

The day was chilly, more so than it had been. 

It was raining.  

We were watching the weather very carefully and hoping for a break in the rain. 

Traffic was horrible for the wedding party.

One groomsmen got directions to the wrong place.

But, despite all of that the day was wonderful. 

The venue was absolutely beautiful! Everyone was so excited and full of love for the bride and groom.  Ben and Sommer were so excited for their big day. 

And...we actually did get a break in the rain for the ceremony and a little while after which was great for pictures!

Gracyn turns 1

Oh. My. Goodness.  

These may be some of my favorite pictures I have taken.

Gracyn was turning 1 and we met up in downtown Greenville at the park one afternoon (way back in May). It was a beautiful day and Gracyn was a happy girl.

Paul and Sally Gender Reveal...It's a BOY!

Let's journey back...

to June.  

Paul and Sally have been friends of ours for a while now.  We were in small group with Paul.  I was able to take their engagement photos, Sally's bridal photos and we both got to be part of their wedding (through music and photography)! They had a beautiful little girl a while back and when Sally contacted me they were expecting their second little one.  I met up with them one evening in June as they were about to find out the gender of their new little one.  Sally was sure that it was going to be another little girl.  But...she was wrong.  Enjoy a few of my favorites from our time together.  There are more on my share site as well (in the Maternity section).

Superhero Family

I love spring. Fall is my favorite season. But...I love spring. The weather changes and starts getting warmer.  Everything looks beautiful outside.  And...it's the perfect time for pictures! You have seen this family before.  I met up with them a couple weeks ago for a family session. The boys were "super" excited and I got some exercise keeping up with them.  Here are a few from the day.

Jackson is 1!

I posted a sneak peak of Mr. Jackson a while back on Facebook, but I'm finally sharing some more of this handsome fella.  This family is very dear to my heart and it brings me so much joy to help them capture their little guy! He's growing up so fast! Enjoy a few of my favorites.
