She said Yes...

Last week I had the privilege of assisting in the planning and execution of a marriage proposal for two sweet friends.  I really enjoy this kind of thing and I was so excited to help.  The night got a little crazy at times but in the end, everything went smoothly and ended in the engagement of Matt and Cece.  The evening included my husband hiding in the bathroom with the ring, lots of candles, me lying face down in the edge of the woods, a tractor, chocolate fondue, fire, and cheerwine...just to name part of it.  Are you intrigued?  Here are a few pictures of the night and the happy couple...

A Beautiful Bride...

A few weeks ago I spent one Saturday morning at Furman University where I assisted with a bridal shoot.  Matt Garron, who is a friend of mine, had asked me join him to photograph an upcoming wedding.  And along witht that, we tag teamed Rachel's bridal session.  It was a beautiful day.  We had a great time with this very laid back bride.  It was very hard for me to narrow down the hundreds of pictures I took, literally.  Here are some of my favorites.  There will be more on my shutterfly share site.  Also...stay tuned for the wedding phtos! A couple weeks ago I had the privilege of being in my cousin's wedding.  The wedding was in Boone, NC.  My family went up for a few days and we explored the area.  It's a beautiful place and we really enjoyed the weekend.  Obviously during the wedding I was not able to take any pictures.  But, before the wedding and at the reception I got to run around with my camera all over the place.  Here are a few of my favorites...
